Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and recruits qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensures all paperwork requirements are met.
• Ensures installers complete work according to the code of conduct.
• Works with the Installed Service Manager to build a strong installed sales team to meet sales and margin goals.
• Schedules and coordinates installed services.
• Identifies installed sales opportunities and presents to customers.
• Researches market opportunities and trends to grow installed sales.
• Ensures jobs are completed timely and per contract.
• Addresses issues with patience and respect while delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Directs and trains Installers to meet regulatory guidelines.
