Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Sales Manager to oversee installation services, repairs, and remodeling work by employees and subs. You will manage schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and drive margins while maintaining strong customer service.

Requirements include 2+ years in installed sales or related experience, knowledge of installation methods, problem solving, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle. Travel and field coordination are likely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installed sales or related building materials/installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure paperwork requirements are met and installers follow code of conduct.
• Coordinate installed services and schedules with the sales team.
• Research market opportunities to grow installed sales and meet goals.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance through inspections and training.
