Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in New York. You will receive and schedule customer service calls, coordinate with technicians and ensure timely maintenance completion while aligning with monthly forecasts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling; associate degree preferred. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Must communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service calls and coordinate with technicians to align with forecast goals.
• Debrief technicians daily and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Communicate action plans to customers and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
