Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling and communication for residential flooring installations through our vendor network. You will coordinate timelines, maintain records, and ensure projects finish on time and to Express Flooring standards.

This full-time, in-person role requires organization and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment and offers a competitive hourly wage of $23–$26.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Strong communication with customers, installers, and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules, customer appointments, and contractor timelines.
• Support the scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with installers, customers, and contractors to keep projects on track and quickly resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project notes, customer records, and installation details.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and customers to help deliver a seamless installation experience.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the project.
