Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group, INC. is hiring a Flooring Installation Coordinator to serve as the customer-facing link between Lowe’s Installed Sales staff, our contractors, and customers.

You’ll review orders, schedule installs, and oversee the installation process to ensure satisfaction. You will manage communications, verify details with contractors, track deliveries, and follow up with customers to confirm outcomes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; customer service experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Reviews work orders for accuracy and resolves issues.
• Schedules customers and contractors for installations.
• Reviews project details with contractors before installation.
• Performs customer follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory levels and stag es materials for crew loads.
• Loads and unloads trucks as needed.
