Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordination, and communication for residential flooring projects through our vendor network. You will review project details, coordinate timelines, and work with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality installations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers, installers, contractors and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accurate records.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, or project tracking software preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with commitment to customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
• Fluent in Spanish (preferred).

As anInstallation Coordinatorat Express Flooring,you’llplay a key role in managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential flooring installation projects through our contracted vendor network.You’llreview project details, coordinate installation timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and to Express Flooring standards.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving.If you enjoystayingorganized, solving problems, and working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment,you’llfit right in.

Job Type: Full-Time; In-Person

Compensation: $23-$25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6am- 3pm | 1 Sunday a month (dependent on business needs)

Location: 43rd Ave and Washington - Phoenix, AZ
