Job summary

Express Flooring is seeking an Installation Coordinator in Santa Fe Springs, CA to manage scheduling, coordination, and communication of residential installation projects through our contracted vendor network.

You’ll review project details, coordinate timelines, and work closely with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and to Express Flooring standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling or project tracking software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules and contractor timelines.
• Support scheduling, dispatch, tracking, and project completion.
• Communicate with customers, installers, and contractors to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project notes and customer records.
• Build relationships with contractors and customers to ensure seamless installations.
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
