Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience or training.
- Basic tech skills to use multiple screens and MS Office applications.
- Ability to stay organized to support contractors and customers.
Responsibilities
- Review work orders for accuracy and resolve labor/product issues.
- Schedule customers and contractors for installations and appointments.
- Review project details with contractors prior to installation.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints and perform follow-up calls.
- Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew loads.
- Load/unload trucks with forklift or manually as needed.
