• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the install lifecycle and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal and external branch partners for inquiries and escalations and support efficient branch operations.
• Manage intake of open jobs, perform data entry, place material orders for interior/exterior product lines, schedule inspections and service visits.
