Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook & Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and focus.
• Valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors onto installation jobs and manage scheduling.
• Make initial contact with each customer within 48 hours of job booking.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure installation site readiness.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians and subcontractors using scheduling software to ensure on-time installation completion.
• Create job packets with all installation job details and forms for installers.
• Track and verify on-time delivery of all materials.
• Update the Installation Portal with progress from booking to completion.
• Close out installations by processing paperwork and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as directed by supervisor.
