Job summary

Johnson Controls in Nashua, NH is seeking an organized installation coordination specialist to manage scheduling of installers and subcontractors from first contact to contract closeout.

You will liaise with internal teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure site readiness, track materials, prepare job packets, and keep the Installation Portal updated, with a strong emphasis on timely communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers/Sub-Contractors onto installation jobs and schedule activities.
• Organize and schedule installations from first customer contact to contract closeout.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure site readiness and progress.
• Create job packets with installation details and required forms for installers.
• Track and verify on-time delivery of materials and update the Installation Portal.
