Watchfire Signs, LLC. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Houston to support installation projects. You’ll manage scheduling, resources, documentation, and communications between customers, installation crews, vendors, and project managers.

The role emphasizes strong organization, timely execution, and cost tracking. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency with Autodesk Inventor/Vault and Microsoft Office; ScrumMaster or PMI credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Communication or a related field.
• Strong computer, internet, smartphone/tablet proficiency and software knowledge.
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor, Vault and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Certifications such as CSM or PMI-PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and secure project resources, including equipment rentals, tools, materials and logistics.
• Coordinate project schedules with customers and assign installation teams for installations.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure components are prepped for pickup.
• Manage installation cost tracking and vendor/consultant selection.
