Watchfire is seeking a Project Coordinator in Houston to report to the Installation Project Manager. The role requires strong scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely installations of scoreboards and signage.
Responsibilities include resource planning, cost tracking, vendor selection, documentation, and coordination with customers and installation crews. A Bachelor’s degree and experience with Autodesk and Microsoft tools are preferred.

For the role of the Project Coordinator, it will report directly to the Installation Project Manager in Houston. This role requires an individual to demonstrate proficiency across several technical and computer disciplines, possess keen scheduling abilities, understanding of construction, and demonstrate the motivation to apply their skills at Watchfire. This person is responsible for managing the documentation and tracking process while ensuring effective communication between team members, project managers, venders, and customers. Strong administrative organization and time management are essential for success in this role.
