Job summary

Weldfit in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams. You will ensure critical information is distributed, project documentation is managed, and administrative tasks are executed with precision to keep projects on schedule.

You will serve as a communication link between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, help align expectations, and monitor milestones, invoicing, and risk, while ensuring compliance with customer

• Supports project manager with customer communications and relations.
• Prepares, submits, and tracks customer approval docs (drawings, weld procedures, ITPs, manufacturing procedures).
• Maintains milestone-based invoicing schedules aligned with contracts.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status updates to customers clearly and timely.
• Support the Project Manager in all aspects of customer communications and relationship management.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of customer approval documentation (drawings, weld procedures, ITPs).
• Maintain milestone-based invoicing schedules to align with contract requirements.
