Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers by phone and write.
• Act as a liaison between multiple parties to bring an installation to completion.
• Collaborate with installers, estimators, and company personnel to create a positive customer experience.
• Review customer contracts for accuracy.
• Schedule installations and assign installers to perform installation.
• Maintain installer calendars and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Transfer materials between locations and review materials before issuing pick tickets.
