Job summary

Flooring Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as a primary contact for customers, builders, vendors, and internal teams throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.

This role assists with product selection, pricing, quotations, order entry, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring accurate processing of orders and sales documentation while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting company sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative experience.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, quotations, order status, deliveries, installations, and account concerns.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide timely, accurate quotes and pricing information.
• Contact customers to confirm order details, specifications, scheduling requirements, and project information.
• Enter and maintain customer orders, pricing, and related data within company systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Create and process sales tickets, builder documentation, and support order records.
