Crew2, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator in Minneapolis, MN to drive the customer experience during daily installations.

You will schedule, communicate expectations, respond to service requests, and act as the primary contact to ensure timely, thorough, and professional service delivery. The role requires an associate degree with strong communication and multitasking skills, and a preference for those with bachelor’s-level education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field required; or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in building trades preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Proactively reach out to customers to review installation timing and expectations.
• Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and service requests.
• Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and close out service needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and solve problems during installations.
• Maintain professional, timely, and well-documented customer communications.
• Support the production team to achieve operational excellence and strong service quality.
