Job summary

Construction Resources, Ltd. is seeking an Install Crew Manager to provide administrative and technical support to the Installers. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and teamwork within the Operations Team.

The position involves coaching and training Installers and Helpers and coordinating with the Install Scheduler to ensure efficient installation resources. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with countertop manufacturing/installation preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to Installers and Install Crew Manager.
• Manage customer service issues related to service, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate repairs and scheduling with Repairs Team and Install Scheduler.
• Assist sales staff with scheduling information and coordination.
• Train Install Team on proper techniques and safety practices.
• Ensure completion sign-offs for each job and track progress.
• Relay job information to SOPT and Operations Team.
