Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HDIS Installation Coordinator to support customers and Install Field teams throughout the installation lifecycle. You will manage job movement, schedule inspections, enter data, and coordinate service providers to ensure timely, accurate completion.

You will maintain strong customer communication, handle payments, and monitor status across interior and exterior product lines. Travel is occasional; you will be the main contact for job-related needs at the branch.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records to complete jobs on time

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience: maintain communication with customers, ensure follow-up, resolve questions and support post-sales service
• 25% Job Process Support: coordinate with Branch Support Center, Sales, Installation, and others for inquiries and escalations
• 40% Operations: manage intake of open jobs, review paperwork, collect payments, schedule Pre-Installation inspections, enter data, place orders for interior products, and process labor bills for third-party providers
