Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Installation Specialist to support the customer experience throughout the install life cycle. You will conduct Job Site Inspections, review quality of work, and coordinate with service providers to ensure THD standards are met.

You will handle customer questions, resolve issues to prevent delays, and ensure all open items are completed to the customer's satisfaction at the end of the install.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred in home improvement/construction
• Experience coordinating residential install projects and working with service providers

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain regular customer communication across the install life-cycle and resolve open questions or changes.
• Manage all jobs in the assigned area and product category, including site inspections and scope changes.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and drive timely resolution of services and change requests.
