Job summary

The Home Depot in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Installation Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers and installation teams, coordinating install jobs and ensuring accurate scheduling, billing, and paperwork throughout the lifecycle.

You will communicate across branches, support the install lifecycle, manage service tickets, and monitor job status for a smooth customer experience from sale to service completion.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred knowledge in home improvement or construction.
• Clerical/administrative background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 35% Customer Experience - Initiates and maintains regular communication with customer across the install life cycle and resolves questions.
• 25% Job Process Support - Coordinates with internal/external partners for inquiries and escalations.
• 40% Operations - Manages intake of jobs, reviews paperwork, schedules inspections, processes payments and service tickets.
