Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC in Lecanto, FL is seeking a qualified Install Sales Coordinator to organize installation and service activities within the Install Department.

You will schedule jobs, coordinate crews, and ensure projects are prepared, scheduled, completed, and invoiced on time. The role supports installers, subcontractors, sales teams, and homeowners, manages job entry in MJR, communicates updates, and helps resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining accurate records and adherence to

Qualifications

• One year technical certificate or 3–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and work orders.
• Experience with scheduling systems and email communication.
• Experience in install coordination or building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of MJR or BisTrack is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule pre-walks, installs, and warranty appointments.
• Enter and track jobs in My Job Ready (MJR) and maintain updates.
• Communicate job details to installers, subcontractors, sales, and homeowners.
• Maintain records of installations, service calls, and warranties.
• Provide install schedules to store locations and approve installer invoices.
