Job summary

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC in Town of Florida, NY is seeking a qualified Millwork Field Installation Coordinator to coordinate installation activities while helping achieve sales goals and budgets.

You will visit job sites to ensure quality and timely completion, review orders to plan resources, and manage employees or subcontractors on installation projects. Strong emphasis on safety and adherence to OSHA standards is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–4 years related work experience in installation of various building product, preferably doors, windows, trim, etc.
• Prior experience in building supplies industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards and on-time completion.
• Review installation orders and schedules to plan resources and establish installation priorities.
• Manage employees and/or subcontractors during installation; provide direction and evaluate work at site.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in accordance with OSHA regulations.
