Carter Lumber is seeking an Installed Sales Coordinator to support the Installed Sales Manager by coordinating program functions, assisting with billing and financial reporting, and ensuring timely paperwork processing. Candidates should have experience in coordination or administrative roles within construction or building materials.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with field teams and superintendents.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role within construction or building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of SupplyPro and Buildertrend platforms.
• Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pulls billing reports, completes final billing, and monitors margins and top-line revenue under the direction of the Market Manager.
• Ensures the Installed Sales schedule is inputted and updated.
• Manages the flow of required paperwork and maintains information in database.
• Ensures delivery of material is scheduled and job is ready for work.
• Keeps lines of communication open with field installers and communicates with Superintendents.
• Creates service requests, orders, and POs in POS system.
• Ensures schedules are kept and jobs are completed in a timely manner according to contract.
