Qualifications

• One-year certificate or 3–4 years related work experience in installation of building products.
• Experience in doors, windows, trim is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Plan installation operations and allocate resources.
• Review reports and resolve issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Supervise employees and/or subcontractors on site.
• Enforce safety procedures per OSHA regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and direct workers; evaluate performance.
