Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of work experience in construction/home improvement install projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customers across the install life-cycle, ensures timely follow-up and resolves questions or changes.
• Manages all jobs from assigned area and product category, including inspections and scope changes.
• Addresses customer inquiries, resolves open services, and uses reports to drive install-time efficiency.
