Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate discipline required with relevant industry experience.
• Culinary Arts degree and/or a Masters Degree with relevant industry experience and/or licensure preferred.
• Prior college, university, or industrial teaching and Culinary Arts experience preferred, as is evidence of scholarly and/or professional activities.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in Culinary Arts and Hospitality (Baking) and follow course descriptions/outlines.
• Coordinate with department for schedules, including day/evening/hybrid instruction and other modalities.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and other duties as outlined by the Adjunct Faculty CBA.
