All faculty positions have as their primary objective to create adynamic teaching/learning environment for our students, whilecontributing service to the college. Faculty responsibilitiesinclude teaching assigned courses and following the coursedescription and course outline established by thedepartment.Teaching schedules may include day/evening courses andhybrid instruction and other instructional modalities. Inaccordance with the Adjunct Faculty collective bargaining agreement( CBA ), additional activities may include participation indepartmental initiatives, and other duties.
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution inappropriate discipline required with relevant industry experience.Culinary Arts degree and/or A Masters Degree with relevant industryexperience and /or licensure preferred.
Prior college, university, or industrial teaching and Culinary Artsexperience preferred, as is evidence of scholarly and /orprofessional activities.
Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developmentsand technologies. Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
