Western States Fire Protection Co. is seeking an Inspections Schedule Coordinator to support technicians and office staff by building and managing the inspections schedule, coordinating dispatch, equipment, and subcontractors, and processing contracts and paperwork.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking, plus familiarity with MS Office. Competitive benefits, PTO, and bonuses are offered, with a salary range of $45,000–$65,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in the fire protection industry is a plus.
• Efficient computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer service skills and teamwork essential.
• Detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Build inspections schedule for the department.
• Coordinate dispatch of technicians to locations.
• Arrange equipment for inspections when applicable.
• Coordinate subcontractors for inspections when applicable.
• Set up customer contracts in service software.
• Request Certificates of Insurance as required in contracts.
• Enter and retrieve information in multiple programs.
• Assist in billing inspections per office guidelines.
