Job summary

Gartner is seeking a New Client Engagement - Platform Walkthrough Associate to support onboarding and pre-sale platform demonstrations for prospects and clients. You will collaborate with Sales, surface client priorities, and articulate Gartner's value to executives across various industries.

In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate with internal partners, tailor resources for each prospect, and help transition engagements from demonstration to onboarding while driving ongoing client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products to prospects or clients; communicate with internal partners to maximize value delivered.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate the value of Gartner’s products and services.
