Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a New Client Engagement specialist in the Fort Myers/IRVING, TX area to lead onboarding and pre-sale product demonstrations for prospects and clients.

You will engage executives, demonstrate Gartner resources, and collaborate with sales to drive adoption of licenses. Expect to deliver customized onboarding experiences for new clients, surface business priorities, and articulate Gartner value while supporting ongoing service delivery with our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible.
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner’s products and services.
• Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources to drive impact.
