Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–1 years of professional experience in sales, service, or office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program to learn inside sales systems, processes, and customer service practices.
• Shadow experienced Inside Sales Representatives to learn account management and inquiries.
• Assist with processing customer quotes and orders with accuracy and timely communication.
• Support order entry, pricing reviews, product availability checks.
• Learn to resolve customer complaints with senior team members.
• Attend department meetings and training to learn products, services, and industry standards.
• Maintain records related to sales activities.
• Contribute to sales outreach and continuous improvement efforts.
