Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced sales reps to learn account management and customer inquiries.
• Assist with processing customer quotes and orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support order entry, pricing reviews, product availability checks, and certification coordination.
• Learn to resolve customer complaints with senior team collaboration.
• Attend departmental meetings and training to understand products and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales activities.
• Contribute to team goals by supporting outreach and continuous improvement.
