You will recruit, hire, and train sales associates, model performance, and represent ADP at trade shows and client sites while advancing your career within a global leader in cloud-based HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a proven close record.
• Military experience can be beneficial for teamwork, resilience, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing your team's territory and close sales through planned resources.
• Lead your team with direction, motivation, and support, ensuring Salesforce usage and compliance.
