Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will drive sales objectives through coordination with clients, prospects, and partners, while recruiting, training, and developing Sales Associates for performance excellence.

You will manage multitasking, align resources, and stay current on ADP product offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills required.
• Relationship-building and coaching abilities with a track record of developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business while growing your team's capabilities and revenue.
• Lead and motivate your sales team in a designated territory with clear goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Represent ADP in the market through field activity, trade shows, and demonstrations.
