Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive. You'll lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients.

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with a proven track record of closing deals and managing a territory.
• Excellent client interactions and presentation skills.

• Strong time management and multitasking with effective sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing your team within your assigned geography to close sales and reach goals.
• Lead your team with direction, motivation and support; ensure Salesforce usage and audit procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; interview, identify and motivate team members while providing ongoing feedback.
• Represent ADP to customers and prospects by spending time in the field, at trade shows, and through demonstrations; stay current on ADP products.
