Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in Pittsburgh to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and small business owners using the latest digital tools.

Expect daily goals, autonomy, a Mon–Fri schedule with no weekends, and virtual appointments. ADP offers uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable, respected technology company.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience relevant to building team relationships and resilience is a plus.
• College degree is nice but not required; transferable skills matter most.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing new sales and expanding within accounts.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients through a targeted sales strategy.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions.
