Job summary

ADP in Pittsburgh is hiring a Digital Sales Associate for an in-person role focused on selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will act as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and payroll administrators, and small business owners across various organizations.

You’ll grow the business by closing sales, building a strong network, and deepening relationships within existing accounts, while collaborating daily with internal teams as an ADP ambassador.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or a sales internship.
• Military experience: teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality aid in building relationships and achieving success.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and reach targets by selling ADP solutions to new and existing clients.
• Engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins to introduce ADP solutions.
• Develop a network to win new business and grow the client base.
• Collaborate with internal partners as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
