Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the CORE Inside Sales team and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and project execution. This role will coordinate with the Client team, oversee the Satisfaction call process in CORE CRM and related tools, and drive regional performance.

You'll travel regularly to activation sites, mentor Brand Ambassadors, and deliver regular reports on performance, campaign highlights, and operational status to management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in experiential marketing.
• 3–4 years in retail activation with proven success.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
• Proven ability to manage logistics and staffing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary and most accessible contact for Brand Ambassadors within your assigned region.
• Oversee day-to-day operational details to guarantee flawless execution.
• Build team morale and encourage professional growth.
• Lead consumer interactions to set the standard for excellence and brand messaging.
• Meet with on-site contacts to discuss campaign presence and feedback.
• Transport assets to activation sites and assist with setup.
