Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an Inside Sales Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL to drive revenue on our assets by understanding client needs and the local marketplace. You will coach and guide the Inside Sales Team and deliver company initiatives while focusing on KPIs and coaching initiatives to help the team succeed and grow.

The role requires leading sales professionals, developing training programs, and ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading an Inside Sales Team preferred.
• Media sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops sales team through recruiting, selecting, training and onboarding, exceptional sales talent.
• Coaches and develops the inside sales team, delivering ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and overall performance and KPIs.
• Manages, coaches, and develops the inside sales team and holds them accountable against KPIs.
• Creates engagement and recognition opportunities including contests and leader boards.
• Analyzes sales performance data, develops actionable insights, and implements initiatives that drive continued sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales.
• Assists in forecasting goals and budget for the Inside Sales Team.
• Regularly evaluate KPIs of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and entire team.
• Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and forecasting.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
