Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team across inbound, outbound, chat, and email channels in Florida. You will drive revenue, customer retention, and exceptional experiences while coaching associates and ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in inside sales or call center.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance‑manage a team to meet goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, call center operations, and performance management.
• Experience analyzing sales performance data, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Experience in telecommunications or broadband is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, conversion, retention, and adjust strategies.
• Evaluate interactions via call monitoring and quality scoring.
• Provide coaching, training, and real-time feedback to strengthen skills.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
