Clear Channel Outdoor seeks an Inside Sales Representative in St. Petersburg, FL to engage prospects and customers with Out of Home advertising solutions. This high-volume role emphasizes lead activation and follow-through to convert opportunities.

The Inside Sales Representative engages with prospects and customers in key markets to match their business needs with CCOA’s Out of Home Advertising solutions. This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in developing new business through lead activation and following up and following through on account
Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling.
Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce CCOA’s advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media.
Understand prospect’s buying points and develops a value proposition specific to the customer’s needs and goals.
Conducts client needs analysis (CNA) and negotiates directly with local and regional customers.
Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success.
Forecasts sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools to consistently hit monthly and yearly budget goals.
Leads sales presentations using full-functionality of online meeting tools.
Identifies opportunities with new customers reaching out to inquire about CCOA’s products and services.
Accurately inputs activity into CRM (Salesforce) in order to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Certifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience Minimum five (5) years sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred
Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Highly self-directed and comfortable in an in office or remote environment. Skilled and effective with using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom). Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social platforms. Has desire and ability to learn and adopt new technology.
