Qualifikationen

• At least two years of leadership experience in inside sales or call center environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and performance-manage a team to meet sales and experience goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, retention strategies, and KPI-driven performance.

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve or exceed goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Coach, train, and provide real-time feedback to strengthen skills.
• Collaborate with management to forecast staffing and manage schedules.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Resolve escalated customer situations in partnership with other departments.
