Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team across inbound, outbound, chat, and email channels. You will drive revenue growth, improve customer retention, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to meet sales and retention goals while collaborating across departments to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in inside sales, call center, or related sales environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance-manage a team to achieve measurable goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer retention strategies, and call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve sales, revenue, retention, and customer experience goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across inbound calls, chat, and email interactions.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules to meet business demands.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to strengthen sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning with team members.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
