Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in inside sales, call center, or customer retention roles.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance to goals.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes, retention strategies, and KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Define environment, coach, and develop agents per team processes.
• Lead and develop inside sales to meet or exceed revenue and retention goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Track activity, orders, conversion, and retention to adjust tactics.
• Evaluate interactions via monitoring and quality scoring for standards.
• Address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Schedule management, attendance, overtime, and PTO.
• Forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
