Job summary

Clearwave Fiber is seeking a driven Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high‑performing team across inbound, outbound, chat and email. You will coach, motivate, and develop associates, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and superior customer experiences.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve escalations, forecast staffing, and implement training programs that elevate performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Two years leadership experience in inside sales or call center.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance-manage a team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs.
• Experience analyzing sales performance data.
• Ability to travel between office locations.
• Experience in telecommunications or broadband.
• Experience with CRM platforms and call center tech.
• Experience developing sales training and coaching programs.
• Knowledge of budgeting and workforce planning.
• Experience creating policies to enhance productivity.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Monitor activity, conversions, and retention performance.
• Evaluate customer interactions for quality and consistency.
• Drive daily operations by addressing performance gaps.
• Manage schedules, attendance, overtime, and PTO.
• Forecast staffing needs with management.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback.
• Develop performance improvement plans when needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
