You will coach associates, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies while developing talent and optimizing staffing across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in inside sales, call center, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and performance‑manage a team to hit goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, retention strategies, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve or exceed sales, revenue, retention, and customer experience goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to established sales and retention processes across channels (inbound, chat, email).
• Monitor activity, disconnect orders, conversion, and retention to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
• Evaluate customer interactions via call monitoring and quality scoring to ensure standards.
• Address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement; manage schedules and staffing needs.
• Provide coaching, sales training, role‑playing, and feedback to strengthen techniques.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
