Clearwave Fiber is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team across inbound, outbound, chat and email to drive revenue growth and customer experience. You will coach, manage performance, schedule staff, and align outcomes with company goals in a fast-paced telecom environment.

The ideal candidate will develop talent, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results while maintaining confidentiality and customer focus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years leadership in inside sales or call center.
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Strong analytical and KPI tracking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define, coach, and develop the inside sales team in line with processes.
• Lead agents to meet sales, revenue, retention, and CX goals.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales and retention processes across channels.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules.
• Develop and deliver coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize customer experience.
• Handle escalation and maintain confidentiality.
