Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team across inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email. You will coach associates, monitor KPIs, and ensure execution of sales strategies yielding strong revenue growth and top customer experiences.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, leads by example, and is passionate about developing talent while delivering best-in-class results. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/management.
• 2+ years leadership in inside sales, call center, or related setting.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and performance-manage a team to hit sales/customer goals.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, retention strategies, and call center ops.
• Experience analyzing sales data, KPIs, and trends to drive improvements.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel between office locations, call centers, and vendor sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and develop inside sales associates to achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to sales/retention processes across channels (inbound, chat, email).
• Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules, attendance, and PTO.
• Provide ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
