Job summary

WM in Phoenix seeks an Inside Sales Manager to supervise the Inside Sales Team and drive revenue from WM services. You will reinforce the sales strategy and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across all transactions, working with Area Sales Managers to resolve issues.

You will forecast and recruit for team roles, provide training and coaching, and manage customer records. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2 years of B2B sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct business-to-business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the Inside Sales Team.
• Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
• Forecasts and recruits qualified candidates for Inside Sales Team positions.
• Execute ongoing training and coaching for Inside Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records for all interactions (prospects, contracts, orders, documentation).
• Responsible for performance management.
